Premium Delivery

For UK customers your bike will be hand-delivered by one of our expert mechanics. This isn’t just a drop-off service—our mechanic will personally ensure that your bike is perfectly tuned and ready to ride. If any adjustments are needed, they will be made on the spot, so you can start enjoying your new bike immediately.

Once you have placed an order, one of our customer service team will contact you to check through your order, check on any specific requirements, estimate the build date and delivery. Once the bike is being built, we will arrange a convenient date to hand deliver your bike. Delivery slots can be morning or afternoon, and our drivers will keep in touch if they have had any delays.

Click and Collect

You may also like to collect from one of our partner dealers. As before, we will confirm your order and specific requirements and then once the bike is built, we will ship to your preferred store. Once it has arrived we will make sure you are notified and the local store will arrange a time for your handover.

Frame Set

Frame set delivery, these will be carefully packed and our customer service team will arrange delivery. All delivery information and tracking will be provided.

International Delivery

We offer DHL international Delivery to all major International locations.  Delivery ranges between 5-14 days depending on destination - you can check actual shipping charges and standard shipping days for your location at the checkout.

We dispatch orders on working days only so please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

Local import duties, brokerage fees and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. These duties cannot be refunded through Pearson1860.
